I saw Spenta at Ryerson today. I didn't know she was going to Ryerson. Anyway, I just went there to get my student card and pay off the rest of my tuition. I told my mom there was $488.88 left when there was in fact $388.88. So I was hoping to steal $100 from her. Too bad the cashier didn't take personal cheques (I hate spelling it that way... fucking Canada...).
After, I went over to the bank I trained in (Scotiabank @ Broadview & Gerrard) to visit my ultra-hot coworkers and see how they're doing. On my last day of training, me and my trainer/really-hot-coworker were short by about $3000. Good thing it was my last day because I didn't want to get in trouble for it. We never figured out what happened to the money so the bank just took it out of her payroll. I feel bad because it was PROBABLY my fault.

BTW, I'm posting just for fuck's sake because I haven't posted in about a month.

Day One - Forgotten Friends

- we left for the airport in Buffalo at 3am and got there at like 6am but we missed our flight because the line for the god damn security checkpoint was so fricking long. So we were stuck in the airport for like ten hours waiting for the next flight. We were practically LIVING there; we ate there, used the bathroom, slept on the benches, used the computers... ya know. So we finally got the flight to Cleveland, OH after ten hours. Got to Cleveland, then took another plane to Las Vegas, NV. Life in an airport is really an interesting experience.

- we rented a Chevy Impala (this car is a lot better than it looks, might I add) and drove to my aunt's house, who I haven't seen since I was a wee little bugger who still wet the bed. We all chilled there for a bit before we went to the Strip. While at my aunt's I met up with my friend, Carl, who I didn't expect to see at all. I thought this vacation would just be me and my family. Carl wasn't the only friend I met up with, I also saw a few friends that I had forgotten about. Pam and Paul, who live in Vegas, visited me once in Toronto years ago and I saw them again on a trip to New Jersey for a reunion. And there were JV and JR, who live in Florida, who I saw a year ago on my trip to Orlando. What I thought was just a trip with my family was actually a small reunion in Vegas.

- we went to the Strip and took pictures. The Luxor (the pyramid) looks sooo cool! There's this skylight right on the top of the pyramid. It's hard to believe it's actually a casino. MGM is frickin huge and the replicas of the NY buildings looked like actual buildings... I actually think they ARE actual buildings... anyways, we went to New York New York where Pam, Paul and company went on some rollercoaster set up around the building. I just stayed in the arcade because the ride cost $12 to go on. It didn't even look like it was worth it.

- just went home to my aunt's after that and got some sleep. Arizona to see the Grand Canyon next morning.

Day Two - Spitting in Fear's Face

- omg, the trip to Arizona was so fucking boring... it took four fricking hours TO Arizona.. and all we did was spend one hour at the Grand Canyon.. but hey.. I had the thrill of my life there. All we did there was take pictures. Anyways, this is the interesting part. The canyon edges are USUALLY guarded off with rails. USUALLY. Anyways, there was this one canyon edge that wasn't guarded off and it was totally accessible by means of a little bit of climbing down. When I got there, OMG, I'll tell you that just standing on that unguarded canyon is one of the most scariest things you can ever do. But I didn't just stand there, I SLOWLY walked over to the edge and looked over. I was two thousand feet up. Carl, JR and JV tried it after I came back to the protected area. Scariest shit I have ever done in my life. It was a huge thrill, though, I'm actually glad I did it. Hehehehe, my parents were so fucking pissed at me for doing that.. they were scared that I was gonna fall off.. I knew what I was doing though and I had the best (and definately the scariest) time possible there. After that, it was a four hour trip back to Vegas... oh, and we visited Hoover Dam too, but that wasn't really anything special.

- when we got back to my aunt's house, we met up with Pam and Paul and went to the Stratosphere. It's the thousand foot high "observation tower" on the Strip. My brother, sister, Carl, Pam and company all went to the top of the tower to try out the rides (yeah, there are rides up there) but I didn't go because I was too chicken. There's this ride up there that whips you over the edge of the tower and brings you back. I was scared of it.. it's WAY too high for me... haha shut up, the feeling that you're getting THROWN off of a thousand foot high tower is scarier than SLOWLY walking towards the edge of a two thousand foot high canyon.

- anyways, I just stayed in the casino at ground level and played slots (nobody was looking). I won $100 for my dad but he lost it anyway. Went home after, and got some sleep.

Day Three - Skee-Ball Shootout

- Filipinos' day out. We just went out for lunch with my aunt and JR's and JV's family. We ate at this Filipino restaurant that's apparently quite popular in the United States. I was so full... bleh..

- after that, it was off to GAMEWORKS with Carl, JR and JV. Game Works is this huge ass arcade on the Strip... kinda like Playdium, only a bit smaller. Got an all-day pass there. All we did was play Skee-Ball Shootout (the basketball type, not the bowling type) all day long, trying to beat each other's scores.. my highest was 58 and JV managed to get up to 72, which actually impressed a lot of people around him when he got it. He was on fire all night long, he never got a score under 50. I could have played Initial D as much as I wanted, but Skee-Ball Shootout is just so much more fun. After that, we went to MGM Grand... all we did was look around, but it was really cool. LOL, on the ride to MGM, Carl, JR and JV were singing along to whatever was on the radio in Arnold Schwarzenegger's voice. Good times. We saw a Lamborghini Murcielago in the private parking lot at MGM. I was hoping to see a Skyline during my time in Vegas though.... anyways, we went home after and got some sleep.

Day Four - What?

- really boring shopping trip. We went to the Las Vegas Outlet Mall... VERY boring mall.. even more boring than Morningside mall or even the now-defunct Warden Power Center. Brother got a hair cut there... sister bought new shoes... that's all, really.

- few hours later, it was time to say goodbye to JR and JV which was kinda disheartening. We said our goodbyes and they left for Florida.

- that's it... that's Day Four. It sucked ass. The next day would be a lot better, though.

Day Five - Los Angeles

- we traveled to Los Angeles, which took four hours from Vegas. When we got there, we went to my other aunt's house in the suburbs. It was such a nice neighborhood, though. Her husband has an Eclipse and he let me play around with the pedals and the shift stick. lol I felt like I was in the Fast and the Furious. He also has a sweet Lexus SUV and another Toyota SUV. No, they're not rich, that's just how you live in California.

- their daughter is SO CUTE! Her name is Via and she's twenty-one-months-old. Whenever somebody other than her mom approaches her, she would either reach for her mom or start crying and call for her mommy. So cute!

- we went to Downtown LA... over to Hollywood Boulevard to the Walk of Fame. Most of the stars on the walk belong to people I have never heard about.. there was a breakdancing show on the Walk and we stopped by to watch it. We went to Madonna's old neighborhood after that.. damn that neighborhood is peaceful. I wanna live there. Too bad the houses are all at least $1 million. We went to Universal Studios later but we just looked around and took pictures.

- went home to my LA aunt's house. We chilled and played guitar there. My aunt's husband is so cool, he's just like us... he's so teenager-ish. He's definately someone I'm proud to call my uncle =)

Day Six - Six Flags Magic Mountain

- we went to Six Flags Magic Mountain. We kinda got lost on the way there but we managed. Carl and his family was with us but when we got into the park it was just me, my bro, my sis and Carl. Everyone except my bro went on four rides before we got sick. Three monster rollercoasters and one spinny thing that spins you around like crazy. I got real sick because of that stupid ride. Six Flags was fun but it could've been funner.... it was all that stupid spinning ride's fault.

- went home after.. Via was playing with a matress.. lol it was so cute.

Day Seven - Back to Sin City

- we went to the mall in the morning, where I got this cool faceplate for my phone. It's all clear now. It's pimp, yo. We went to Santa Monica beach after that. On the way there, we passed by the Staples Center. It was Day One of Summer X Games Eleven and they were finishing up with their preparations. I saw the Big Air ramp outside the arena. Things look so much bigger than they do on TV... like, holy shiz the Big Air ramp looks twice as big as it does on TV. So yeah, Santa Monica beach.. took a few pics, chilled on the pier, said our goodbyes and left for Vegas.

- we traveled four hours to get back to Vegas... it would be my last day in the US before leaving for Toronto. We got back to my aunt's house.. lol my brother forgot his shoes in LA so he had to wear sandals. He was in Carl's car so I didn't have to worry about smelling his feet. At my aunt's house, we met up with Pam and Paul. Pam brought her friend, Rhea, over and all we did that night was just chill... oh, we played Chicken but that was short-lived because Pam was afraid of getting hurt. My brother slaps so hard... shit. He almost gave me a cut on one of those slaps. And he's like... immune to slaps. I was the hardest slapper that night and none of my slaps even hurt my brother. I guess it's good to have a nice big layer of fat on your hand, huh? We learned from Pam and Rhea that, just like how we have beach parties at night here in Toronto, they have desert parties at night in Vegas lol. They're just like our after-hours beach parties (drinking and stuff... not swimming) ... only in the desert. When we were playing Chicken, Rhea got bored and fell asleep lol. I kept throwing pillows at her to see if she would wake up. She didn't. So I just played with her cell phone and took random pictures with it.

- me, my brother and Carl stayed up all night watching Gungrave and Street Fighter II-Vee. All the adults went to the Strip to gamble and shit.. they didn't bring any money home. Sigh... our last night in Vegas.. we would have to say our goodbyes the next morning.

Day Eight - Goodbye

- we all went to Rhea's house in the morning and ate breakfast. Nothing really happened after that until Pam came over. She brought cards with her and we just played Cheat (they call it BS in Vegas, lol) and chatted a bit. We taught Pam how to play Crazy Eights, Slap and Signal. After, we went up to Rhea's room. Holy shiz, her room is HUGE. It's like.. the size of my basement... but hey, that's the standard of living in Nevada. She's got so many awards it's unbelievable.. there's this one corner that's just full of awards, including this one certificate from Nevada's Department of Excellence or something.... (who the fuck has a Department of Excellence?!). My brother was playing with Rhea's guitar while Rhea watched me, sis, Carl and Pam play Signal. After, it was time to go back to my aunt's house. The time in Rhea's house would be the last time I would see Pam and Rhea... so we said our goodbyes... sigh.. it was SO disheartening because we were all just beginning to know each other again... except for Rhea.. although my mom and her mom were co-workers years ago, I've never met Rhea before in my life. So I was just beginning to know her. My dad and sis keep insisting that me and Rhea look just like each other, even though we DON'T. Sigh.. saying goodbye to distant friends is so sad.. so disheartening.. it makes me want to LIVE there.... and hopefully I will, because my mom is thinking of buying a house in Vegas!! But anyway.. it was so sad.. at least for me anyway =S .. we said our goodbyes and we all hugged each other and hoped to see each other again... sigh

- we went back to my aunt's house, where we ate lunch and just chilled, watching music videos the whole afternoon. lol... Helena by My Chemical Romance went on at least five times.. why don't we ever see that video on MuchMusic? It's NEVER on! God damn, I love that song, it's a shame MuchMusic never plays it. I want my MTV back... and VH-1... I want VH-1, it's the best damn channel EVER.

- before we left for the airport, we all hugged each other and took group pictures. Then it was off to the airport. My uncle drove me and my brother while everyone else was in the Impala. Carl and his family would leave for Toronto a few hourlater. We got to the airport and made our flight ON TIME. Before we boarded, I went up to the window and got one final look at the Strip... I just wanted to get a mental picture to remember Vegas. Then it was off to Toronto... "So long and good night"

two days

going to mainland tmr.. still havn't packed.. nor showered (for two days) haha

nuttin much, just that ive reached 200++ posts... not much of a celebration.. itz actually the 202th post~ dot dot dot.. anyways!!

went to MK at 12 today... but tommy n clarence got confused.. so neither of them came n picked me up from MK lolz
ended up waiting till like 12.20 till clarence got ther, then around 12.30 tommy showed up

went over to clarence's house.. hanged out a bit..
o ya~ talked to a gurl that came back to hk for vacation from uk (kinda like me!)
then filmed some "airplane" footages, omg it was hilarious
afterwards clarence's friend came over.. n we kept on filming.. till like 5ish =p

we then went to YMCA afterwards to see tiffany..

went to some jap place.. HOLY SHIT THE NOODLES WERE SPICY... mine was only "1"spicy.. he got "2".. he told me last time he got a "4" and almost died, and his friend got a "8" and had a stomach ache... haha

afterwards went to his place.. webcammed wit pauling, fixed my blog (which was ruined my christopher bicos) and did some photoshopping.. o ya, and uplaoded my pix haha
